We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex through Paypal, you don't even need a Paypal account!
If you don't like to order online, feel free to fill out our order form and mail it to us. We will accept a check or money order. (Orders will not be processed until funds are received)
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send the proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s). We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
If you are not satisfied with you item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual.
There is also a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned.
Shipping
All items will ship to the USA only (48 internal states only). We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all of our hand painted glass.
Inventory Disclaimer
Items listed have fluctuating quantity in stock. Although most items will be available and shipped on time, we cannot offer full guarantee since these products are often sold in large lots to retail businesses.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
