Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time we do not, maybe at a later date.  We currently ship to the internal 48 states only.

Do you charge a handling fee?

No, we do not charge a handling fee

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Paypal, which you do not need to have an account for.  We also accept money orders and personal checks (orders will not be processed until funds are received)

Are there back orders?

From time to time there may be a back order, you will be notified if this should happen.

What if I am not happy with an item?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied you may return it within a period of 30 days but please contact us before doing so.  The item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the sales invoice.   Shipping and handling is non-refundable for non-damaged items and there is a 20% restocking fee.

What if an item is damaged?

Please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

Are your pet beds and blankets machine washable?

Yes they are washable and they can also be thrown into the dryer.
